SATS on saanut Espoon kaupungilta luvan järjestää rakettilennätyksiä Kulmakorvessa, Ämmässuon lähellä. Alue on käytöstä poistettu maakaatopaikka, jossa on noin 400x600 metriä aukeaa aluetta. Lupa oikeuttaa lennätyksiin sunnuntaisin klo 12-16. Lennättäminen on sallittua vain SATS:n lennätystapahtumissa, yksin lennättämään meneminen ei ole sallittua.
Navigaattorissa voi laittaa kohteeksi Kulmakorventie, Espoo. Ajo-ohje paikalle Helsingistä:
1. Etsiydy Turun moottoritielle Turun suuntaan
2. Poistu Ämmässuon liittymästä, ja käänny Turuntiellä oikeaan (

3. Aja pari sataa metriä ja käänny vasemmalle Kulmakorpea kohti huoltoaseman jälkeen (

4. Aja eteenpäin kunnes vasemmalla näkyy aukea mäki. Autot voi pysäköidä tien viereen.
Paikalle pääsee myös busseilla 243 ja 243V noin kilometrin päähän. (tarkistettu keväällä 2022)

SATS organizes model rocket launches regularly at Kulmakorpi in Espoo, near the Ämmässuo landfill. The launch area is about 400x600 meters on top of an old landfill area. Launching at the site is allowed only during the official launches as informed by SATS.
The address for the site is Kulmakorventie, Espoo. Driving instructions from Helsinki:
1. Find yourself to Turun moottoritie (Turku highway) towards Turku
2. Exit at the Ämmässuo intersection and turn right onto Vanha Turuntie / Nupurintie (

3. Drive a few hundred meters and turn left towards Kulmakorpi after the gas station (

4. Drive forwards until you see an open hill on your left side. You can park the cars along the road.
You can get about 1km from the site by buses 243 or 243V. (in spring 2022)
